Life-Sized Origami Elephant

Sipho Mabona is a professional origami artist who has successfully created a huge, life-sized elephant only with one sheet of paper. He’s done it pretty well. Actually Mabona didn’t work alone. And it took 4 weeks for him and his team consisting over a dozen people to complete his humongous origami elephant.

His piece is now being exhibited in the museum of KKLB in Beromünster, Switzerland, where we can see his elephant standing tall over 3 meters high (about 10 feet tall).

During the process of creating such giant origami art, Mabona installed a webcam that would allow people to watch the massive elephant taking shape.
