Illustration Of The Cute And Badass Baby Monsters By Rudy Siswanto

"This series is the first exploration of a new kind of adventure, the raising of young monsters to become loyal companions, beloved friends, or fearsome guardians".

Talking about fantasy mythical creatures whose myths are roaming around and are almost trusted by some people. In various parts of the world, it turns out that many have a variety of stories from this mystical fantasy creature. One of the popular myths is the existence of them that are still believed beings till now. It is said that some of us be sure these mythological creatures are hereditary by ancestors who are still believed by generations of heirs.

Mythological creatures themselves are often depicted with a terrible figure and usually have the scary appearances. But there is something interesting about mythological creatures, especially in Greece, Europe, and other parts of the world, as created by this illustrator Rudy Siswanto who came from Surabaya - Indonesia but is based in Hong Kong. Currently, he still works at Riot Games as a splash artist, reversing the fact that creatures mystical is not as scary as imagined. He described it in a more attractive form to be seen; the form of babies and young kids character who are funny and cute even though there is still a sinister, scary, at the same time badass side because it is attached to the story that circulates about some mystical creatures or fantasy 'monsters', that are evil and creepy when they grow up. From 'Kraken Paralarvae to Baby Medusa' were created with vivid, contrast, and amazing images presentation. His creative ideas and artworks are highly valued and liked by many followers on her Instagram account which until now has reached 85.4k, and we are sure to continue to grow.

"In a world of myth and magic, great heroes vanquish terrible monsters and earn a place in legend. But what about the babies left behind? Like the interview with Bored Panda that these creatures still look naughty and have a slightly fierce facial expression, it's just that they are still very young. The Baby-Beastiary series is a project of his client since he worked at Caravan Studio. That's for the crowdfunding project by Metal Weave Games. They came up with ideas for baby creature RPG books and Siswanto helped them with visual illustrations.

With this project, he has learned a lot about not only how to make baby versions of various well-known creatures, but he also learned how to really observe [various details of small fantasy myths], such as their movements, how they move and proportions (from their body). Siswanto, added, "it really helped me to take my expertise to another level and create fantasy creatures that are more trustworthy in general".
