Ben Hsu had dozed off while wearing the Apple wireless earbuds. When he woke up the next morning, Hsu realized that he was missing one AirPod. Thankfully the accessory has a feature by which one can locate a loose AirPod connected to an Apple device by emitting a sound.
Hsu managed to connect to the loose AirPod which began beeping, but for the life of him, he couldn't find the damn earphone! After checking everywhere, he finally realized that the device's sound was coming from a closer location that he had initially anticipated.
"I checked under my blanket and looked around but couldn't find it - then I realized the sound was coming from my stomach," he told the Daily Mail. Hsu said that he didn't feel any kind of discomfort but still went to the Kaohsiung Municipal United Hospital, where the staff confirmed that he had indeed swallowed an AirPod.

Doctors sent him on his way after clearing him of any danger and prescribing a laxative that would help the device pass through his tract. Thankfully, the missing AirPod showed up the next day when Hsu visited the men's room at a railway station the following day.
