Man Uses Snapchat's Gender Swap Filter For Tinder Profile, Gets 400 Matches!

The profile reads his name as 'JESS' is a student at the University of Derby. He revealed that he received a lot of indecent proposals.

Millions of people try their luck on Tinder to get super liked by someone they really want attention from. Some have hard luck, some don't. It wouldn't be the wrong thing to say that Tinder is a place where you have to look your best in every sense possible. It is more like a LinkedIn profile, but for romance. On the other hand, people are gushing about Snapchat's filter that makes a girl look like a boy and a boy like a girl. Needless to say that the filter does a great job in swapping the gender, and making it look like a real one.

A brilliant guy used the Snapchat filter to make his Tinder profile, where he looked like a female version of himself. And surprisingly, 'she' became way too popular amongst boys! Jake Askew from Norwich, UK, soon decided that he wants to try this filter on Tinder, as the filter makes him look 'unreal', and, he also wanted to see what happens if he creates a profile in the name of a girl, reported The Sun.

The profile garnered 1,650 likes and his profile received between 300-400 matches. The profile reads his name as 'JESS' is a student at the University of Derby. He revealed that he received a lot of indecent proposals. The 20-year-old said, "One chap asked 'Are you a piece of art because I want to nail you up against the wall'. Another talked to me about his 'pork sword' and one bloke simply asked me to 'sit on his face'." He continued, "I didn't let anyone know about it, I'll keep em guessing."

Jake didn't expect it to get so much attention as he thought the filter made him look unreal. He said, "To be fair I looked at myself with the Snapchat filter on and thought I looked unreal, showed my mate and we thought we'd make a Tinder just to see if I'd get any matches from it... Obviously didn't expect to be liked by over 1600 thirsty lads."

Jake soon shared his experience on Twitter and has drawn attention. He tweeted, "So rather than going out, me & SJ decided to see how far Jess could go on tinder.. within an hour I was the most popular girl in Derby."
