If Yoga Is Too Peaceful For You, Then "Swear" Your Way To Nirvana With Rage Yoga Is The Thing For You

As it is, yoga is considered to be one of the most relaxing forms of exercise there is. But not a lot of us can focus on our well-being in an overly-calm environment.

When one hears the word 'yoga', we're instantly met with the image of a peaceful room, with dim lighting and smooth music playing softly from some forgotten corner. As it is, yoga is considered to be one of the most relaxing forms of exercise there is.

But not a lot of us can focus on our well-being in an overly-calm environment. It's perfectly normal not to be able to chill out in perfect silence. A typical yoga class could be as stressful as the already-existing stress in our lives. In fact, studies suggest that anger, rage, and anxiety can be brought down to a significantly lower level if you swear.

If only yoga combined swearing with breathing, right?

Luckily, for us modern-day swearers, there's a yoga class specifically created for people who just can't thrive in an ultra-peaceful environment. Looking to calm your mind? Maybe you could swear and curse yourself to Nirvana with the help of 'Rage Yoga'.

Founder of Rage Yoga Lindsay Istace faced the exact issues when she was on the lookout for a yoga class. She thought that a lot of the yoga classes she attended were just too serious. Lindsay knew that she wasn't the only one who felt so out of place in these classes which is what motivated her to start her own practice, albeit it's a rather unique one!

"On and off the mat, Rage Yoga is an attitude. Centered, confident and giving zero f**ks," she simply explains on her website

While regular yoga offers rest and relaxation, Rage Yoga allows you to fully express your frustrations and irritations with regular beer breaks and constant swearing. Ashley Duzich, a Rage Yoga instructor at the Brash Brewery in Houston spoke to new channels and said that she could sense a definite change in many of her clients as they learned to release and let go.

So if you're in the mood for some explicit language, beer, and meditation, you should totally check out Rage Yoga. It's f**king amazing! Check out this video to know more:
