When an Object Can Really Talk

When an Object Can Really Talk

According to Charly Clements, if an avocado could talk, it’d say “I feel so empty inside.” Clements now has come up with shrewd series of Real Life Lines. Here she imagined that if inanimate objects are given a chance to talk, they could come up with something unexpected. Now along with the series, she created some lines which would probably be said by those objects.

She makes those objects to life along with simple lines and on photographs, she writes text that may convey these candid thoughts. To our delight, Clements has worked in pun-laced phrases with amusing tone. She could well represent the characters in cartoons to express their many emotions that we humans have, like feelings of joy or distress.

Real Life Lines is a project which will only appear on her Instagram. Besides they are charming and lighthearted, her writing has another purpose. It shows clearly the look of every image. Besides, Clement’s illustrations subjects are linked to the people who the first time created striking objects and photographs.
